How long does it take for ePay Pakistan to complete a money transfer?

The time it takes for the money transfer to be completed will depend on a few factors such as the time and day the funds are given, the needed information is completed and the fees are settled. It generally takes 24 to 28 hours or 1 to 2 business days to complete the transaction.

How can a transaction be cancelled?

To cancel a transaction, simply email us at:

Kindly complete your e-mail request by providing the e-mail address used for the transaction, the tracking number and the reason for cancelling the transaction.

We will try to accommodate your request but please bear in mind that there may be instances that this may not be possible. Confirmation that the money transfer has not been given to the recipient must first be made. How is payment made for ePay Pakistan’s service?

Funds are given to ePay Pakistan by using your credit card, PayPal account or withdrawal from your bank account. Since we offer an online money transfer method, using PayPal is more convenient to use.

Service fees that must be paid are as follow: As low as 8% (Included Paypal Fees Charges) of the money transferred for the receiver and no service fee for the recipient.
